What is BoltPress?
BoltPress is a human-run WordPress care service. We scan your site, fix what's broken, and keep it maintained with monthly care plans. No chatbots, no ticket queues — one engineer, your site, clear SLAs.
Who is BoltPress for?
WordPress site owners who run a business on their site — agencies handing off client sites to a long-term maintainer, e-commerce shops on WooCommerce, SaaS companies with a marketing site, and founders who want someone else handling the boring maintenance.
How does your pricing work?
Three monthly plans: Essential ($89/mo), Managed ($249/mo), Complete ($599/mo). Annual plans include bundled developer hours. Extra work is billed at $60/hour. One-time fixes available separately at $149 (Quick) or $349 (Comprehensive) without a subscription.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll get an email with onboarding steps: add our admin account to your site, install the BoltPress Worker plugin, and we handle the rest — scan, first fix, backup setup, monitoring. Full dashboard access typically within 24 hours of signup.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes. We maintain WooCommerce stores on all plans. Complete includes pre-update staging tests for Woo — we don't push plugin updates to a live store without verifying checkout still works.
Can I bring my own host?
Yes. We work with any WordPress host — Kinsta, WP Engine, SiteGround, Cloudways, your own VPS. If your host is causing problems, we'll tell you and help you migrate.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the dashboard. We retain your backups for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete them. Plugin installations and config changes we made stay on your site.
How is this different from managed hosts like WP Engine?
Managed hosts give you infrastructure. We give you a human who fixes things. Hosts don't debug your broken form, reverse your bad plugin update, or take your emergency call at 9pm on Sunday. We do.
